The Milwaukee office of Laughlin Constable has appointed Kristine Naidl to Managing Director of Public Relations. Besides leading internal PR strategy for the agency and its clients, she will oversee Laughlin Constable’s exceptional and expanding public relations team.

Naidl is an Accredited Public Relations professional who joined Laughlin Constable in 2012. Prior to that, she spent 18 years in key roles for Zeppos & Associates, an award-winning, Milwaukee-based communications firm specializing in public relations and government affairs that was acquired by LC five years ago.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison with a double major in journalism and political science, she also boasts experience in journalism, nonprofit and government arenas, and serves in key positions for various professional PR organizations.

Since coming on board, Naidl has played a significant role in strengthening the agency’s public relations staff of 16. Besides offering specific industry expertise and proven leadership abilities, she has been a driving force in increasing the number of accredited professionals on the team.

Today, Laughlin Constable is “one of only a few Midwest agencies to have three or more staff who hold the industry distinction that acknowledges sound PR strategy, ethical judgement and leadership,” according to a company press release.

“Our strategy, creativity and constant integration has LC well positioned for continued success and growth,” said Naidl. “I am honored to work with and lead the team forward.”

Laughlin Constable President and CEO Mat Lignel adds that Naidl’s continuing efforts “to integrate PR strategies and solutions into everything we do” will allow the agency to remain “a leader in smart strategy, creative excellence and technology solutions.”
