ZACUTO’S JENS BOGEHEGN, Jenny Lynn and Steve Weiss accept DV Magazine’s 2009 Black Diamond Award for its Zwing-Away adapter, recognized as one of the 20 best new products introduced at NAB last week.
The Zwing-Away adapter is lightweight, at a mere 6.75 oz., inexpensive and easy to use, says product designer Weiss.
It attaches to any 15 mm lightweight rods, and can attach any lightweight matte box to the Zwing-Away adapter rods, thus allowing the matte box to swing away.
