National entertainment law firm Leavens, Strand & Glover announced today that Jed Enlow, former lawyer for the Steve Harvey daytime television show, is now a partner in its Chicago office.
Enlow had served as production attorney for Steve Harvey, a role he vacated earlier this year, since 2012. Prior to that, he spent four years as Senior Attorney with Harpo Productions.
In addition to the Steve Harvey show, which announced that it was relocating to Los Angeles in May, Enlow has worked for The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Rosie Show.
“We have had the pleasure of working with Jed for several years,” says Leavens, Strand & Glover partner Peter Strand. “His tremendous grasp of the evolving issues facing television show production will be a great asset to our clients.”
Enlow’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating agreements and licensing third-party materials, locations, sponsorships, tradeouts, and promotions.
He earned a JD in 2002 from Boston’s Suffolk University Law School and a BA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Leavens, Strand & Glover is an entertainment, media and intellectual property law firm with a focus on creative industries and endeavors.
